| Name: ChiaPet Hometown: Kingston, GA My name is ChiaPet and I'm 14 years old. My mom rescued me from a shelter just before they were going to put me to sleep. My mom is 76% deaf and wanted a dog to bark at the door. When I got home she found out I not only bark at the door, but when the phone rings, or even when one of my human brothers calls "MOM!" She says I am her ears. A month after I came home, I saved Mom by waking her up when the house caught fire. She pampers me with sweaters, treat, car rides and tons of hugs and kisses everyday. I even have a bed in the bedroom, a bed in the living room and 2, count that, 2 couches to flop my old bones on so I can see out the window! The best thing to do.... make Mom laugh when I smile! |
